BGTS International Business Unit is looking for an experienced Senior SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist to join our growing team based in Turkey, the UK, and the EU. Our teams support many clients across different industries in the UK and EU, delivering innovative HR technology solutions and transformation projects.
Join us in helping global organizations optimize their HR processes and employee experience through SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solutions. We are looking for professionals who are passionate about HR technologies, process improvement, and delivering high-quality implementations in collaborative international environments.

Module Ownership
Serve as the primary owner of the Employee Central module, Maintain data standards, and configuration documentation. Define and enforce best practices for system usage across HR and other business units

Expertise in SAP IAS/IPS, People Analytics or SAP CPI is an advantage
SAP CERTIFIED ASSOCIATE - IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT - SAP SUCCESSFACTORS COMPENSATION (C_THR86) is an advantage
SAP CERTIFIED ASSOCIATE - IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT - SAP SUCCESSFACTORS VARIABLE PAY (C_THR87) is an advantage
SAP CERTIFIED ASSOCIATE - IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT - SAP SUCCESSFACTORS LEARNING (C_THR88) is a bonus.
