You should have:
Strong experience programming and machining complex CNC parts
Experience with multi-axis machining
Deep understanding of tooling, fixturing, and machining strategy
Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T
Experience taking new parts from prototype into production
Confidence troubleshooting difficult machining and programming issues
CAM software experience (Hypermill or ESPRIT is a plus)

Physical RequirementsAbility to work in both office and manufacturing environments.
Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and move throughout the facility.
Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds (team lifts when appropriate).
Ability to use computers, CNC equipment, hand tools, and precision measuring instruments.
Visual ability to read technical drawings, inspect machined parts, and use precision measurement equipment.
Ability to wear required PPE and safely work around industrial machinery and equipment.
Ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and suppliers.

Skills Required
- High school diploma with at least 14 years of relevant experience or equivalent educational qualifications
- Expert-level proficiency in CNC operation and programming
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (AS9100, ISO 13485) is a plus
- Prior experience establishing organization-wide process standards
- Expert knowledge of Hypermill and/or ESPRIT preferred
