Lead technically demanding CNC manufacturing engineering projects, including multi-axis programming, tooling, fixturing, process documentation, quality controls, and production standards. Partner with quality teams and customers, translate requirements into manufacturing decisions, improve machining processes, and mentor engineers, machinists, and operators. The role requires extensive hands-on experience taking parts from prototype through production in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Leads planning and execution of complex manufacturing customer programs, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations. Manages schedules, risks, capacity, materials, ERP data, routings, bills of materials, and customer communications. Improves manufacturing planning standards, workflows, ERP governance, and operational execution while conducting lessons-learned reviews and mentoring other Project Engineers. Requires on-site work in an active manufacturing environment and compliance with ITAR eligibility requirements.
