Rennscot MFG is hiring quality professionals at entry, mid, and senior levels, including Quality Inspectors, CMM Programmers, and Quality Engineers. Responsibilities include dimensional inspection, CMM programming, technical drawing and GD&T interpretation, quality documentation, nonconformance management, corrective actions, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Roles are on-site in Woburn, Massachusetts, and support precision CNC machining and additive manufacturing operations.

Own the end-to-end production lifecycle, including master scheduling, capacity planning, work-order execution, performance monitoring, and disruption resolution. Lead and develop production personnel, use ERP/MES data to improve bottlenecks and key metrics, and drive continuous improvement. Ensure operator-level quality and compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards while managing production across CNC machining, additive manufacturing, and support equipment.

Entry-level manufacturing roles with paid on-the-job training. Tasks include operating CNC and additive manufacturing equipment, assembling components, inspecting parts, material handling, recording production in an ERP, and following blueprints and safety procedures. The CNC Programmer II is responsible for developing CNC programs for 2-axis turning and 3-axis milling, producing setup documentation, and training operators while ensuring quality and efficiency in the production process.

Develop and validate multi-axis CNC machining processes from tooling and fixture design through CNC programming, prove-out, documentation, operator training, and continuous improvement to deliver production-ready parts meeting tight tolerances.
