Develop and validate multi-axis CNC machining processes from tooling and fixture design through CNC programming, prove-out, documentation, operator training, and continuous improvement to deliver production-ready parts meeting tight tolerances.

The Senior CNC Programmer & Machinist will design and implement complex CNC programming processes, lead technical initiatives, and ensure quality standards, while mentoring team members and engaging with stakeholders to meet manufacturing needs.

The Senior Subtractive Manufacturing Engineer focuses on technical leadership in CNC manufacturing processes, developing standards and documentation, driving quality improvements, engaging with stakeholders, and mentoring talent. They are responsible for scaling manufacturing operations and delivering innovative solutions that meet customer and organization needs.

Program, set up, and operate CMMs (primarily Zeiss) and other metrology equipment to inspect machined and 3D-printed aerospace components. Create and verify inspection programs from CAD/drawings, execute first-article inspections, document results in ProShop ERP, assist on floor support tasks, escalate anomalies, and contribute to continuous improvement under senior team guidance.

Provide on-site office and HR administrative support: manage supplies, vendor relationships, mail, event and travel logistics, onboarding communications, confidential records, calendar and expense support, vendor/customer data entry, and accounts payable. Serve as front-line receptionist and cross-functional coordinator.

The CNC Programmer II is responsible for developing CNC programs for 2-axis turning and 3-axis milling, producing setup documentation, and training operators while ensuring quality and efficiency in the production process.
