We are currently seeking a Senior Study Support Assistant to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Study Support Assistant at ICON, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support for clinical studies, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will contribute to the success of our clinical trials by assisting study teams and facilitating effective communication between various stakeholders.
What You Will Be Doing:- Providing administrative support to study teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing study documentation, and maintaining study files.
- Assisting with the coordination of study logistics, including site management, patient recruitment, and regulatory submissions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all study-related tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitoring study progress and reporting on key metrics to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Training and mentoring junior staff, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in clinical research or healthcare administration.
- Proven experience in study support or clinical trial coordination, with a solid understanding of clinical research processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with clinical trial management systems (CTMS) is preferred.
