You will play an integral role developing the strategic direction for Vrbo. This role will contribute to identifying and prioritizing strategic initiatives to drive sustainable growth of the Vrbo business and will be responsible for managing initiatives with cross-functional teams from inception to delivery.
This requires a leader that is curious, analytical, and biased to action to shape strategy and deliver results. -
Synthesize and communicate business results, priorities, strategic direction, critical decisions and recommendations
Experience and qualifications:

-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; master's degree in business or related field preferred
-
Structured, analytical, and strategic thinker: demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to solutions. Prior experiences tackling vague problems, crisply framing the challenges, identifying a path forward, and driving execution to the finish-line
-
Collaborator: Able to build effective relationships and work with peers and other cross functional stakeholders. Experience influencing others to drive successful outcomes
-
Analytical: Proficient in synthesizing complex problems and taking a data-driven approach to problem-solving
-
Strong communicator: Must have exceptional PowerPoint skills and be able to write clear, concise, and persuasive documents. Must be able to adapt content to suit different audiences. Comfortable presenting and engaging in discussions, including with senior leaders
