Senior Strategy Manager - Business

As Sr. Strategy Manager – Content & DAU, you will own the thinking behind the content that builds daily learning habits for millions of users. This role sits at the intersection of content, product, data, and growth, and exists for one reason:

 Make users come back every single day.

This is not a content ops role , but a high-judgment, high-impact strategy role where your decisions directly shape what gets built, prioritized, or killed.

You will be responsible for answering — and acting on — the hardest questions:

1. What content should exist on Seekho?
2. Why should it exist (user problem + DAU impact)?
3. How should it evolve as the platform scales?

Your job is to ensure that content decisions are intentional, data-informed, and DAU-driven — not reactive or intuition-only.

• Own content strategy for DAU & retention end-to-end
• Define clear success frameworks for content (what “good” looks like, and why)
• Identify high-impact content bets and guide teams toward them
• Work closely with Data, Product, Content, and Growth teams to align execution with strategy
• Use user insights, behavioral data, and experimentation to refine content direction
• Decide what content to double down on, pivot, or stop
• Build feedback loops between user behavior → insights → content decisions
• Think 6–12 months ahead, not just next sprint

• 4–6 years of experience in strategy roles across content, product, growth, or consumer startups
• Strong SQL skills — you should be comfortable pulling and slicing your own data
• Proven experience working on engagement, retention, or DAU-driven products
• Strong first-principles thinking — you can break down ambiguous problems
• Comfort operating in high-ownership, low-structure environments
• Ability to influence without authority and align multiple teams
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior & habit formation
