WHAT YOU´LL DO

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead key workstreams, manage junior team members, and play a central role in shaping strategic insights for clients across TMT sectors. You’ll work closely with clients, contribute to firm leadership, and mentor the next generation of consultants.In a nutshell: 

• Manage a full workstream within consulting projects, especially on larger-scale engagements
• Lead and mentor 1–3 analysts and consultants through problem structuring and analysis
• Guide client communication and take a prominent role in presentations and meetings
• Synthesize findings into cohesive recommendations and actionable insights
• Contribute to internal firm initiatives, including mentoring and leadership development

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree and excellent academic record required (MSc or MBA)
• 2+ years of consulting working experience in the Telecommunication, Media or Technology industry.
• Strong record of critical thinking skills and entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in Polish and English
