Overview of the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Strategy Associate to support our Strategy Manager and the broader commercial strategy team in driving key initiatives. This role requires strong analytical acumen and the ability to translate insights into compelling narratives.
The Senior Strategy Associate will be part of the strategy team which focuses on strategic planning & providing problem-solving support to the organization.
The commercial strategy team’s key responsibilities are:
1. Understanding the performance of our brands and the market dynamics in markets we operate in
2. Formulating strategy for countries, brands and/or verticals
3. Communicating brand strategies and how they will lead to business success
4. Participating in step change projects with teams around the business to enable us to bring strategies to life and deliver success

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.
What you’ll do:
Reporting directly to the Senior Strategy manager and supporting Head of Strategy, you will:

Conduct deep-dive analyses to drive insights

Under guidance, create compelling and impactful presentations for C-suite & executive teams

Assist in running workshops with internal senior stakeholders
-
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities to support strategic initiatives.

Contribute effectively to the work-streams of others on the team as required
What you’ll bring:

Bachelor’s degree
-
Proven years experience in a quantitative intensive role eg strategy consulting, banking, business intelligence etc

Experience with data visualization and storytelling through PowerPoint presentations.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret large sets of data and transform them into actionable insights.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work independently, demonstrating resourcefulness and initiative.

Desire to learn more about the sports betting and igaming world
-
Flexible with monthly/fort-monthly international travels
