Senior Strategy Analyst

The Strategy Analyst will support the Strategy Manager and business with strategy formulation, annual business planning and cross-functional problem-solving, ensuring activities are aligned to the corporate strategy.

What you’ll be doing…

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Strategy Analyst to support strategic planning, business analysis, and decision-making processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, synthesizing data into actionable insights, and collaborating across teams to drive strategic initiatives forward.

• Interrogate market analysis, consumer insights and internal performance analysis to provide structured problem solving

• Accelerate strategic projects, particularly in relation to projects that do not have a “natural” functional owner
• Provide structured storytelling to support strategy articulation and communication of key project or  business updates

• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to assess business health and identify improvement opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive understanding
• Support the Strategy Manager and Head of Strategy in preparing materials for Executive and Board meetings
• Support the development of long-term strategic plans and annual planning cycles

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, capable of working with senior leadership to shape business direction, identify growth opportunities, and solve complex challenges.

• Experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or business analysis
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to synthesise complex data analysis into simple focused messages and insights and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, with experience in data visualization tools a bonus (e.g. Power BI)
• Collaborative approach to working, strong team player
• Proactive thinker, challenging the status quo and recommending new approaches
• Must be able to embrace change, and re-establish priorities as necessary
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner
• A keen eye for detail and zero-defect approach
