About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Strategist based in our Shanghai studio, to support Strategy Directors with research and insights and to work closely with the creative team to develop inspiring briefs that shape world-class work. You’ll work across the full spectrum of strategy projects – positioning, naming, brand architecture, communications and more, executing our brand philosophy and ideas within the agency and to clients.


About you

You will already have worked in a similar role for around 4–6 years, with a range of brand strategy experience for clients in China. You thrive solving business and creative challenges at pace, always presenting your ideas clearly and compellingly to the team and clients. You’re comfortable with data and research, but also have a creative spirit and you’re happy brainstorming with the team to come up with game-changing creative ideas. Your favourite tool? Words! Skills Required

  • 4-6 years experience in brand strategy
  • Experience delivering brand strategy for clients in China
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Comfortable with data and research
