Manyone is looking for a Senior Strategist with an accomplished communication and activation background to join its Brand & Orchestration team in Copenhagen.

We are looking for someone who has been part of and directed go-to-market strategies, launches and campaigns for brand, product or advertising initiatives. To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate understands how to operate in and handle complex stakeholder landscapes, engage with multiple disciplines of business and marketing, and orchestrate strategy across large initiatives that cuts across many teams and even markets. Your experience is solid within the core disciplines of planning and strategy, from advertising and marketing, for agencies and/or brands. 

Experience with, and ability to advise clients on, the following disciplines is expected:

Campaign Development / GTM Strategy:

Crafting insight-led and informed strategy for how to launch a creative idea, campaign or asset. From a new product launch to a multi-market brand initiative, you understand all the aspects of developing go-to-market strategies, that effectively combines multiple channels, activities the right stakeholders, and ultimately deliver on client expectations and KPIs. You know how to translate data or insights into strategies, audience shifts, objectives frameworks and clear KPIs. 

Communication Strategy & Channels:

Development of channel audits and plans, including omni-channel planning (not sales), for marketing purposes and campaign orchestration / strategy. Advising clients on where they should be communicating, how to work with those channels, how they enable KPIs and building the frameworks that help clients execute. Craft communication strategies for brands and campaigns, including messaging frameworks. 

Content / Creative:

You are not a creative, but you understand creative processes, know how to work with creatives, and also how to advise clients on ideas, assets and production. Taking a creative concept and developing activation ideas around it is natural for you, and you know how to combine media, channels and formats to make ideas actionable.

Insights:

You have vast experience with research and insights, from the methodologies to building and directing large and advanced insight products / deliverables for clients. You are comfortable with directing projects, but also ready to get your hands dirty and be part of producing them. Insight areas that you are particularly well versed in include: audiences, culture / creative, markets. 

In your role you will be expected to:

  • Create and implement outstanding campaign GTM/activation strategies that help our clients build integrated and cross-functional campaigns.
  • Direct and participate in developing extraordinary insight projects for our clients and translate findings into clear articulations of powerful strategic recommendations.
  • Develop best-in-class go-to-market strategies that truly connect our clients with audiences, by designing cross-functional GTM principles and actions, intuitive and directional campaign roadmaps and consumer journeys that work on client leadership team level as well as project team level.
  • Communication brand activation strategy; guiding clients on how to communicate and activate its brand to drive desired market / audience response and meet objectives. 
  • Collaborate with, and enable, Team of Teams (cross Manyone teams) collaboration to build integrated projects, that cuts across various services from, design, brand, innovation and communication.

  • A high attention to the business impact of the work and how it happens; ensuring profitability on projects and help advance our capabilities, methods and products.
  • Heightened sense of collaboration and ability to drive a team-feeling externally with clients and internally with project teams (across Manyone).
  • A strong focus on building the client relationships to create long lasting client partnerships, more business opportunities and impact beyond campaigns.
  • Ability to identify and upsell relevant strategy (and other Manyone) products and services to clients.
  • Ideas and considerations for how to generate more business in general.
