Lead end-to-end UX work including research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and testing. Develop user-centered strategies for digital products, run workshops, mentor and lead experience designers, collaborate with project managers and clients, and contribute to design culture.

Support client projects and commercial initiatives through market, customer, and competitor research; contribute to strategic analyses, presentations, proposals, workshops, and business development while working part-time alongside strategists, designers, and technologists.

Lead and run complex creative projects end-to-end: owner of client operations, contracts, proposals and stakeholder relationships; create detailed project plans, manage week-to-week tasks, budgets, invoices and team resources; collaborate with strategists and designers to deliver digital/brand/service design work from discovery through launch, and continuously improve delivery and client experience.

Design and deliver branded physical environments across retail, exhibitions, events, and corporate spaces. Lead concept development through detailed design, fabrication coordination, and on-site installation. Create construction-ready documentation, specify furniture and materials, integrate digital elements, manage vendors and budgets, and present concepts to clients while overseeing multiple projects and occasional international travel for build and installation phases.
