Capvision is currently looking for an exceptional Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist to assist with our continued rapid expansion into the Americas and APAC regions.
In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition in the New York City office to identify, qualify, and build meaningful relationships with talent around the world and in the USA. This person will join a growing team with endless potential for growth both globally and locally.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing pipeline of custom sourced candidates for internal roles
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates
- Develop and maintain pipeline and database for current and future hires (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
- Creates job postings and sends recruitment emails
- Administrative and coordination tasks
- Manages candidate interview schedule
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
- Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired
- Promote our employer brand online and offline
- Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
Who You Are:
- 2-5 years proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
- Highly motivated person, driven by success and growing their career
- Ability to work US based hours
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), especially Greenhouse
- Very strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
- Effective time-management abilities
- BS degree in relevant field from a strong university with strong academic performance
