Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Retail Wireless Boost Marketing team moves at an incredible pace, and you will be the bridge that connects their creative vision with world-class financial and supply chain discipline. You will solve the challenge of navigating complex marketing categories by building high-impact sourcing strategies and negotiating contracts that protect our interests while driving innovation. Your role is to transform raw spend data into actionable strategic advantages, ensuring every dollar spent reinforces our mission to redefine connectivity.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
  • Achieve measurable cost optimization and performance improvements within your first 90 days by identifying and executing high-stakes RFP/RFQ events for the marketing organization
  • Partner deeply with Business Units, Legal, and Finance to ensure sourcing solutions are not just transactions, but strategic alignments with our broader organizational OKRs
  • Leading the full lifecycle of complex marketing contracts, you will balance aggressive speed-to-market needs with long-term technical and legal health
  • Presenting data-backed supplier recommendations to executive stakeholders will be a core part of how you influence our competitive trajectory
  • Standardize sourcing processes across the enterprise to ensure compliance and ethical practices remain consistent as we scale
  • Utilize AI-driven procurement tools and spend analysis platforms to move from reactive purchasing to proactive, trend-informed strategic planning

  • Expert-level mastery of the marketing vendor landscape, allowing you to navigate the nuances of agency, media, and creative services sourcing with ease
  • Exceptional negotiation and influence skills that empower you to champion the company's mission during difficult high-risk supplier discussions
  • Analytical prowess in evaluating historical spend data to offer practical solutions and rational judgments that optimize our resources
  • Advanced contract drafting capabilities that enable you to collaborate effectively with legal teams to refine complex language without sacrificing business speed
  • High standards of excellence and a bias for action when managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced wireless environment
  • Deep commitment to ethical sourcing and values, ensuring that all supplier relationships reflect our social and environmental responsibilities
  • AI Literacy to explore and apply emerging technologies that enhance data interpretation and automate routine sourcing workflows

Additional Qualifications Successful candidates will typically have:
  • Master's degree (MBA or related field)
  • Extensive experience specifically within the Marketing sourcing category
  • A proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing C-suite stakeholders

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum Experience: 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain or strategic sourcing
  • Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 7 years of experience with:
    • Executing complex RFX (RFP, RFQ, RFI) events
    • Strategic contract negotiation and drafting
    • Managing marketing-specific vendor categories

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
