Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of relevant professional experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued TS/SCI with Polygraph Security Clearance
- Customer certification as a Desk Officer or Staff Operations Officer
- Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations
- Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision
- Initiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure with the ability to work both independently and in a group
- Prior experience in supporting intelligence operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives
- Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills and ability to learn new software programs quickly
Desired Qualifications:
- Active or inactive TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
- Non-traditional experience with the customer
- Prior experience in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Prior experience with recruitment and/or talent acquisition in a commercial context
