What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Strategic Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving cross-LOB coordination (Notebook, Desktop, Server, Storage, and FPM), consolidating strategic inputs such as supply chain relocation strategies, and enabling executive-level decision-making through structured presentations and updates
You will:
• Shape and lead the strategic coordination across all Lines of Business (NB, DT, Server, Storage, FPM), synthesizing high-impact insights to drive unified direction on cross-company initiatives such as supply chain relocation and future-ready sourcing
• Design and develop compelling strategic narratives, executive summaries, and board-level presentation materials that influence decision-making at the highest levels
• Serve as the central point of alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, ensuring consistent communication, momentum, and visibility on strategic deliverables
• Define success metrics, proactively identify risks and interdependencies, and implement course-corrective actions to accelerate execution and maximize business value

Essential Requirements
• Proven experience leading strategic programs or business transformation initiatives across multiple business units
• Strong ability to develop executive-ready communications and drive alignment across senior stakeholders
• Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
Desirable Requirements
• Candidates with consulting firm background is a plus
• Familiarity with global supply chain or manufacturing strategy is a plus
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
