Senior Strategic Planner
Maker Lab supports clients in technology, entertainment, financial services, and the payments industry. We’re looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and support our ongoing projects for the tech industry.
You’ll take the lead in shaping the strategic direction of client campaigns, turning market insights and consumer behaviour into creative, results-driven strategies. Working closely with cross-functional teams - marketing and creative, you’ll craft impactful solutions that meet project objectives and drive success. This role is all about blending strategy with creativity to deliver campaigns that make a real impact.
Role:
- Lead the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns that align with client’s business goals and brand vision.
- Develop creative, insight-driven campaigns that make an impact.
- Work closely with client partners and marketing teams to bring fresh, strategic ideas to life.
- Build strong relationships with clients, providing guidance and expertise to help them succeed.
- Track and analyse campaign performance to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and social teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Mentor and support junior planners, helping to elevate the team’s overall strategic thinking.
You:
- 7-8 years of experience in strategic planning within a marketing, creative, or advertising agency.
- Experience working with major brands and managing multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and internal teams.
- Creative thinking with a strong understanding of branding, advertising, and consumer psychology.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior planners.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, and emerging trends in the marketing industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
