The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco: 

As a Senior Growth Manager at Moloco Commerce Media, you will independently own a portfolio of significant marketplace and retailer clients, driving their ad business performance through deep strategic partnership and expert advisory. You will lead end-to-end client success — from business reviews with senior stakeholders to identifying product innovation opportunities - while bridging client needs and Moloco's cross-functional teams.

This role requires a seasoned professional who can manage complexity across multiple concurrent engagements, bring data-driven strategy to the table, and deliver measurable impact on both client and Moloco growth.

The Opportunity: 

  • Own a portfolio of key marketplace and retailer clients end-to-end, managing the full growth lifecycle from onboarding through mature-stage optimization.
  • Build and sustain strategic partnerships with senior-level client stakeholders, acting as a trusted business advisor on performance advertising.
  • Understand enterprise customers' goals and devise tailored approaches to accelerate their ad revenue and ROI.
  • Lead regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions, translating insights into actionable growth roadmaps.
  • Guide and educate client counterparts on performance ad values, operations, and best practices across the commerce media landscape.
  • Identify and execute growth initiatives - from advertiser acquisition strategies to ad product adoption - with disciplined follow-through.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making internally and externally by synthesizing campaign metrics, market context, and business outcomes.
  • Surface product innovation opportunities from client and advertiser feedback, collaborating closely with Moloco's product and engineering teams.
  • Contribute to team knowledge by developing reusable playbooks, training materials, and scalable workflows.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me? 

  • 6–8 years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, retail media, eCommerce marketplace, or business development roles.
  • Proven track record of independently managing strategic client relationships and delivering measurable growth outcomes.
  • Deep familiarity with performance advertising concepts, programmatic ecosystems, and commerce media dynamics.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills - ability to engage confidently with Senior Manager level client contacts.
  • Excellence in problem-solving and structured thinking, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills - experience working with product managers, data scientists, engineers, and marketing teams.
  • Comfort with data and analytics; understanding of ML-driven advertising platforms is a plus.
  • High ownership mentality with a passion for client success and continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in Korean and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
