We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Strategic Finance Manager to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the company’s long-term financial strategy, owning and refining financial models, driving special projects, and enhancing financial reporting. Reporting directly to the VP of FP&A, you will provide critical insights to senior leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making that supports sustainable growth and operational excellence.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the development and maintenance of NAVEX’s long-term financial models, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and alignment with strategic goals

• Partner with business leaders to incorporate key financial drivers, market trends, and investment strategies into forward-looking financial projections

• Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate potential risks and opportunities

• Support executive leadership in evaluating strategic initiatives, such as M&A, capital allocation, and business expansion opportunities

• Lead cross-functional financial analysis on high-impact initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize business performance

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across finance, strategy, and operations to drive strategic decision-making

• Provide meaningful insights through variance analysis, KPI tracking, and benchmarking against industry standards

• Ensure timely and accurate financial presentations for senior executives and board meetings

What you’ll need:

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with financial planning software (Adaptive Insights, etc.) is a plus

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights

• Proven experience in executive-level reporting and presentations

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally

• Ability to drive results through your job competencies of analytics and reporting, attention to detail and collaboration

• Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results, and instills trust

• Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team.

• The starting pay range for this role is $125,000+ per annum with 5% MBO.
