Job Summary:
HailSolve is seeking an experienced Account Manager with extensive commercial roof or insurance relations experience to maintain and grow relationships with HailSolve’s most valuable commercial real estate accounts.
In this role you will be the quarterback on the team. You will ensure your clients have a world class experience as you manage the interaction between, asset monitoring, the inspection process, insurance relations and the restoration process while also working to close deals successfully with clients. You will be the champion for the overall client experience that regularly delivers exceptional Net Promoter and Client Satisfaction Scores.
You will be in and out of discussions at the director and executive levels, championing our clients while navigating technical, high-value hail risk and restoration decisions.
You do not have to be an expert at both insurance and construction, but the ideal candidate will have exceptional expertise in at least one of these, while also having the business development acumen to spearhead account expansion.
This position will involve managing a set of accounts across the country, but the majority of the work will happen in-office. Some travel may be required from time to time, but the work is not territorial and primarily occurs through email, text, and phone calls.
Apart from managing the client experience during our hail restoration project management process, you will be responsible for understanding the full breadth of HailSolve’s capabilities and identifying opportunities that benefit client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
o Foster long-term client relationships built on trust and exceptional service
o Manage comprehensive account portfolios ensuring high client satisfaction
o Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholder communications
o Build and foster trust through regular proactive outreach activities with current clients
- Consultative Selling:
o Provide expert guidance on roof restoration and hail risk management solutions
o Lead inspection finding meetings outlining hail restoration opportunities for existing and potential accounts.
o Create tailored proposals that address specific client needs and challenges
- Project Coordination:
o Partner with operations teams to ensure timely project delivery
o Maintain effective and clear client communications throughout a project’s lifecycle
o Proactively address potential issues to maintain client satisfaction
- Customer Education:
o Lead educational presentations on roof restoration benefits and processes
o Create value-added resources for client success
- Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions
o Generate regular performance reports and market analysis
o Track and report on key account metrics and client feedback
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of proven account management experience in commercial roofing, construction, commercial insurance, restoration services or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of either roof restoration materials, techniques, and/or insurance adjustment processes
- Strong understanding of industry best practices and current market trends
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver results
- Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred
