The Senior Store Controller sits within our Property Services and Engineering department and is responsible for the operational management of all engineering and maintenance stores within the casino resort complex.

This role oversees inventory control, procurement, asset disposal, and ensures compliance with health and safety standards.

The position requires advanced knowledge of warehousing, asset management, purchasing, procurement, and financial reporting, as well as leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Oversee the effective management of engineering stores and off-site warehouses, including stock takes, inventory levels, and procurement of tools and equipment.

  • Maintain and update the property services asset register.

  • Lead the end-to-end purchasing process for engineering and maintenance stores, including sourcing, negotiating, and ordering tools, equipment, machinery, PPE, and fixings for all trades.

  • Responsible for managing engineering chemical storage across all facilities.

  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in procurement activities.

About you

  • Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in stores, warehousing, procurement, or asset management in a large complex or industrial facility.

  • Demonstrated experience in purchasing, supplier management, stock taking, inventory control, and parts ordering.

  • Experience in financial reporting and cost control.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Skills Required
