As a Senior Statistician you will be managing projects, providing high quality statistical support to clients and leading statisticians in the team. This could be direct line management or from a mentoring position.

This is a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide statistical consulting to clients across various therapeutic areas and phases of development.
- Develop statistical analysis plans and perform statistical analysis of clinical trial data.
- Interpret statistical analysis results and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure study objectives are met.
- Provide input into study protocols, CRFs, and statistical analysis plans.
- Perform quality control of statistical deliverables and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Conduct simulation or modelling studies to support decision making.
- Mentor junior team members and provide training on statistical methods.
- M.S degree in statistics or related fields.
- Experience of statistical analysis in a pharmaceutical or CRO environment.
- Strong knowledge of statistical principals and clinical trial methodology.
- Experience with SAS programming and statistical software such as R or Python.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team.
