Senior Stakeholder Coordinator
Abu Dhabi, UAE
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Stakeholder Coordinator to join our team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities with government authorities, utility providers, clients, developers, consultants, and internal project teams.
Support the preparation, submission, and follow-up of Concept, Preliminary, and Detailed Design approvals through relevant authorities.
Coordinate Design NOC applications and monitor authority review cycles until closure.
Facilitate technical coordination meetings between design disciplines and external stakeholders to resolve authority comments.
Monitor stakeholder commitments, approval schedules, project interfaces, and regulatory risks.
Assist in identifying approval constraints and support the development of mitigation and recovery plans.
Maintain stakeholder registers, approval trackers, action logs, and management dashboards.
Review authority comments and coordinate with design teams to ensure timely and technically compliant responses.
Support route approval coordination with TPD and associated transportation authorities where applicable.
Ensure compliance with project procedures, authority requirements, and stakeholder management strategies.
Prepare executive reports and presentations on stakeholder status, critical approvals, and project risks.
Support Senior Stakeholder Management in strategic stakeholder engagement initiatives across multiple projects.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or any related Engineering discipline.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, buildings, or major development projects.
Strong understanding of UAE authority approval processes.
Experience coordinating with DMT, IDAS, TPD, TAQA Water, TAQA Power, SWS, Etisalat, du, Civil Defense, and other authorities.
Experience managing Concept, Preliminary, Detailed Design, and
Design NOC approvals and all related process
Strong technical coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to attend in-person interviews in Abu Dhabi.
