What you'll do:
- Build the ProductOps Foundation: Define and implement processes, metrics, tools, and workflows that improve the speed, quality, and alignment of product delivery across teams.
- Own Product Team Enablement: Ensure our product teams have the right information, resources, and rituals to make great decisions quickly from roadmap planning to release retrospectives.
- Optimize Communication & Alignment: Create transparency in product priorities, progress, and outcomes, making sure stakeholders are informed and engaged without slowing teams down.
- Operationalize Product Strategy: Translate the product vision into clear operational plans, milestones, and success metrics, ensuring execution stays aligned to company goals.
- Data & Insights for Decision-Making: Partner with analytics to define and track product KPIs, operational metrics, and impact measurements, and make sure insights are accessible and actionable.
- Tooling & Systems Ownership: Evaluate, implement, and manage product management tools (roadmapping, backlog, documentation, feedback management) that improve team efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the connective tissue between product, engineering, design, marketing, operations, and customer teams ensuring everyone is rowing in the same direction.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, gaps, and inefficiencies in our product development process and drive initiatives to fix them.
Who we're looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Product Management, or similar operational roles in a tech-first environment.
- Strong track record of improving product development processes and enabling product teams to operate more effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, you can collaborate with engineers, product managers, executives, and non-technical teams alike.
- Analytical mindset with experience working with product metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- High proficiency with product development tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- High proficiency with BI and Product Analytics Tooling (e.g. Tableau, GA, Amplitude)
- Strong communicator who can distill complexity into clarity.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling organization and thriving in ambiguity.
- Bonus: Experience building the ProductOps function from scratch or working in an early-stage product org.
