Your Team, Your Impact

Marvell Technology is seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Supply Chain Analyst in Santa Clara, CA to drive business process improvement across the supply chain—standardizing workflows, strengthening cadence/governance, and implementing measurable changes that improve speed, accuracy, and repeatability. You will also enable data-driven decisions through scalable models, executive-ready reporting, and dashboards, partnering with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and IT to optimize inventory, buffers, and supply plans while meeting customer service targets.

What You Can Expect

  • Process improvement: Identify improvement opportunities, help standardize workflows, and implement measurable enhancements to planning/reporting.

  • Cross-functional problem solving: Partner with Supply Chain, IT, Operations, Finance, and Planning to clarify business needs, translate them into actionable analyses, and drive alignment on next steps.

  • Analytical modeling: Build and maintain quantitative models to evaluate scenarios, quantify trade-offs, and support planning decisions with clear assumptions and documented logic.

  • Data & reporting: Define metrics, validate data sources, and create scalable dashboards and recurring reports (Power BI) that provide insights and enable drill-down/root-cause analysis.

  • Process & system support: Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements by writing requirements, creating test cases, supporting UAT, and tracking issues to resolution through deployment.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or related field; Master’s preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or related role in semiconductors, electronics, or other complex manufacturing environments.

  • Experience in driving process improvement and standardizing workflows to improve impact, efficiency, and repeatability.

  • Strong analytical modeling and reporting capabilities, including building executive-ready, repeatable deliverables with attention to data integrity and governance.

  • Hands-on analytics and visualization experience (e.g., SQL, Python/R, advanced Excel/VBA, Tableau or Power BI) and experience partnering with IT on requirements/UAT/deployment; familiarity with planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis or Blue Yonder) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and principles, including order management, demand planning, inventory management, and logistics.

  • Bonus: AI/ML experience applied to supply chain analytics or automation.
