We’re looking for a Web3 Growth Specialist to drive the next wave of user growth and engagement across OKX’s Wallet, DEX, NFT, and DeFi ecosystems. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of the decentralized economy, helping to define and execute growth strategies that accelerate on-chain adoption globally. As part of our Web3 Growth team, you’ll work closely with product, marketing, and ecosystem partners to lead initiatives spanning user acquisition, community growth, engagement, and retention. You’ll have direct influence in shaping the product roadmap, designing go-to-market strategies, and forging partnerships with leading Web3 projects, protocols, and communities. What You’ll Be Doing
Wallet Growth
- Drive adoption of OKX Wallet through targeted onboarding campaigns, such as gas fee subsidies and cross-chain promotions.
- Partner with leading dApps to integrate Wallet-as-a-Service (WaaS) solutions and expand OKX’s presence across ecosystems.
DEX Expansion
- Increase liquidity and trading volume on OKX DEX by designing incentive programs like yield farming, liquidity mining, and referral rewards.
- Collaborate with Layer 2 networks and other scaling solutions to enhance user experience and reduce transaction costs.
NFT Marketplace Growth
- Launch viral NFT campaigns, including artist collaborations, exclusive drops, and gamified minting experiences.
- Boost engagement and trading activity through the OKX NFT Rewards Hub and vibrant secondary marketplace strategies.
DeFi Ecosystem Development
- Onboard and cultivate partnerships with top-tier DeFi protocols spanning lending, staking, and derivatives within the OKX DeFi Hub.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize user acquisition and retention funnels for DeFi products.
Cross-Product Synergies
- Design bundled incentives that link multiple product offerings (e.g., “Trade on DEX + Hold NFT = Boosted APY”) to maximize user value.
- Activate OKX’s centralized exchange (CEX) user base to accelerate Web3 adoption and migration into decentralized products.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or a strong STEM education background)
- 10+ years of extensive professional experience designing, building, and operating high-performance, systems in Java
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, ecosystem development, or strategic partnerships, with a strong background in Web3 or crypto industries.
- Deep domain expertise in at least one of the following: wallet adoption, DEX liquidity growth, NFT community building, or DeFi protocol scaling.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools such as Dune Analytics, Nansen, Token Terminal, or similar platforms.
- Proven experience in partnership development and negotiations with DAOs, blockchain foundations, and leading dApp teams.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in both English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional team members.
- A genuine passion for Web3, whether through active participation in DeFi governance, NFT collecting, or contributing to wallet and protocol innovation.
