We're looking for an experienced Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our Shared Platform Services. Reporting to the Director Software Engineering, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading ZCC feature design and hands-on C++ implementation on Windows
- Taking full technical ownership of complex projects, from concept to deployment
- Elevating code quality and enforcing best practices to ensure a robust, efficient, and secure client
- Contributing significantly to the technical roadmap and architectural strategy
- Providing strong technical mentorship to Staff and Senior Engineers
- 10+ years in software development; 3+ years in Staff Engineer (or equivalent) leadership on complex client-side applications
- Deep proficiency in modern C++ (11/14/17/20), including OOD, data structures, algorithms, multi-threading, and performance
- Extensive network programming experience (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, DNS, proxy). Kernel-mode networking/NDIS drivers (Windows) a significant plus
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, encryption (PKI, TLS/SSL), authentication, endpoint agents, and anti-tampering
- Proficient in version control systems like Git and test- driven development(TDD), ensuring high-quality software delivery
- Working experience in .NET framework/C# for Windows
- Experience with large-scale SaaS platforms and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Working experience using AI-based tools
