We’re looking for a Senior Staff ServiceNow Developer to join our G&A team. This role offers flexibility to work remotely within the United States, with a preference for candidates based near our San Jose, CA office who can participate in a hybrid schedule (3 days per week onsite). Reporting to the Director of Corporate IT Applications, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and developing scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements and platform best practices
- Collaborating with process owners to translate functional business needs into technical implementations
- Leveraging expertise across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, and HRSD modules to configure, customize, and develop new modules
- Integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub
- Mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and optimizing system performance through advanced scripting and automation
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform with demonstrated success in full-cycle implementations
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and APIs, as well as web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- Comprehensive understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules including ITOM, CMDB, CSM, and HRSD
- Ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of performance analytics and reporting capabilities in ServiceNow

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
