Senior Staff Product Engineer

This is a role for an experienced Product Engineer with extensive new product development experience. Product Engineers in the Hi-Reliability group work to develop Radiation Hardened ICs for the Space Industry. You will be working on leading edge technology for ICs designed for Space and Harsh Environments, fueling innovation for the future of satellite systems and space travel. Product Engineers in the Hi-Rel group are responsible for the characterization and qualification of new products as well as offering sustaining support for products that have already been released to our onsite test floor. You will be tasked with developing characterization plans, designing burn-in hardware, analyzing characterization data in JMP, and acting as the team lead to ensure project milestones are met. Collaboration with the team to bring a fresh set of eyes to how we execute our NPI projects is encouraged and expected.

• 12+ years of Product Engineering experience in semiconductor industry.
•  Analog/Mixed Signal/Power IC development experience
•  Lab proficiency - Experience with using power supplies, DMM, oscilloscop
•  Experience working in an industry standard data analysis tool (JMP, Spotfire, etc.), JMP experience is desired but not required
• Knowledge of IC qualification testing such as HTOL, biased HAST, Temperature Cycling, etc. to either JEDEC or AEC standards
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
