Job Overview:
- Scrum Master (SM) with Business Analyst/Product Owner (BA/PO) experience.
- Expertise in data integration: Bringing data into Snowflake and staging it to Salesforce.
- Focus on removing impediments, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring the team adheres to Scrum principles.
- Key responsibilities include facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching the team on Agile practices, and fostering a collaborative environment for a Data migration on Snowflake project.
