Job DescriptionREQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 10+ years
- Strong experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS modules including: Order Management, Accounts Receivables (AR), Trading Community Architecture (TCA), Inventory (Shipping knowledge), Accounts Payables (AP), Payments, Cash Management.
- Strong functional knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and GAAP.
- Experience working with Consumer Goods or Direct Marketing companies on business process transformation and ERP alignment with corporate strategies globally.
- Proficient in SQL with working knowledge of PL/SQL.
- Ability to analyze user stories and translate business requirements into Oracle-based solutions.
- Experience working in Agile environments; familiarity with user-centered design and tools like JIRA or other Agile project management software.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Experience providing hyper-care support including troubleshooting, performance testing, and end-user issue resolution.
- Knowledge or experience in project management and cost estimation is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
- Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers
- Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirements
- Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
- Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers
- Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
- Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it
- Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
