Design and implement automated test frameworks, perform unit/integration/system/load/static/dynamic testing, and validate cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). What you will do
- Lead and perform testing of Web, desktop and mobile based applications.
- Translate requirements into test design and implementation of same.
- Lead a team to design, develop and document test automation framework. Participate in code reviews, requirement tracing and documentation.
- Load testing of applications, software unit testing, integration testing, system testing, static (Fxcop/ Sonarcube) & dynamic analysis (XUnit, Ncovers), white box, black box, smoke and regression testing.
- Verification, Validation, and maintenance of cloud platforms such as AWS/ Azure/GCP.
- Work with multi-disciplinary team and global R&D group including System Engineers, developers and global peers to create Test strategy.
What you need:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Testing, Test Development and Test Automation of Web and mobile application with experience of leading a team of test development and test automation engineers.
- Strong knowledge of Selenium/ cypress/ playright/ WDIO. API testing using Postman/ ready API and experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD),
- Software development in Python, .NET Core, C#, JavaScript and knowledge of data formats such as XML, JSON and databases MySQL/SQL Server, MongoDB, NoSQL etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in the selection, evaluation, and implementation of test automation suites for software technologies, tools, and frameworks in a cloud, cloud-native (AWS, Azure), cloud enabled environment.
- Extensive practice and knowledge of Agile Scrum or DevOps implementation and experience on mobile technologies and platforms.
- Familiarity with Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Eclipse, Git and dynamic/static memory analysis tools.
- Knowledge and experience in Regulatory and compliance standards similar to IEC62304, HIPAA Data Privacy, FIPS is a Plus

- Experience leading a team of test development and test automation engineers.
- Strong knowledge of Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and WDIO.
- API testing experience using Postman and ReadyAPI.
- Experience with object oriented analysis and design (OOAD).
- Software development experience in Python, .NET Core, C#, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of data formats (XML, JSON) and databases (MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, NoSQL).
- Experience with unit and test frameworks such as xUnit and coverage tools like NCover.
- Familiarity with static/dynamic analysis tools (FxCop, SonarQube) and memory analysis tools.
- Experience selecting and implementing test automation suites in cloud or cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure).
- Extensive Agile Scrum or DevOps experience and mobile platform testing experience.
- Familiarity with Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Eclipse, and Git.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards (IEC62304, HIPAA, FIPS).
