Responsibilities:
We seek a seasoned Senior Staff DevOps Engineer reported into our Manager, Software Engineering. This is an opportunity to influence the availability of Unified Experience Platform and significantly impact our global customer base. It’s a hybrid position reporting into our San Jose, CA office 3 days a week. In this role, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation and CI/CD pipelines for application deployment across public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Manage and monitor containerized applications within Kubernetes environments.
- Develop and deploy critical tooling for application logging, monitoring, and reporting (e.g., Grafana, LogStash).
- Architect and deploy secure cloud infrastructure, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements (e.g., CIS, STIG).
- Provide support and maintenance for specialized cloud security products like Zscaler, and demonstrate familiarity with CDNs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional experience in cloud environments (AWS strongly preferred), Linux system administration, and scripting with Python.
- Demonstrated proficiency with CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins) and container orchestration using Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proven ability to partner effectively with technical and design teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- U.S. citizenship due to the nature of the customers assigned to this role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with application security tooling (SAST, SCA).
- Familiarity with setting up and reporting on code coverage measurements and unit testing frameworks (e.g., Junit).
- Proficiency with Git version control, including advanced branching strategies and workflow management.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
