In this dynamic role, you will tackle complex challenges, build innovative solutions, and mentor colleagues. With a strong foundation in software development, including debugging, code review, and testing, you will lead projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with technical leaders and cross-functional teams to exceed client expectations.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the technical vision for product development, deployment, and operations
  • Serve as a primary consultant on design and development within a collaborative team
  • Partner with subject matter experts, Staff Developers, architects, and other teams to drive product evolution
  • Engage in solving challenging technical and business problems to advance your career
  • Develop, test, and deploy high-quality, maintainable software solutions
  • Adhere to coding standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with the team to define, document, and estimate project requirements
  • Conduct research and create proof-of-concept solutions
  • Perform rigorous testing, debugging, and performance optimization
  • Design and maintain robust data, software, and network architectures
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement innovative testing strategies
  • Mentor team members and foster a culture of code quality
  • Optimize existing systems and leverage CI/CD pipelines
  • Monitor application performance, security, and user experience

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience with Java and SOLR/Elasticsearch
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of high-performance, full-stack software development experience
  • Extensive proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Search Technologies (SOLR, Elasticsearch), Docker, and Jenkins
  • Experience on building Data Intensive applications
  • 5+ years of AWS experience, including API Gateway, Terraform, and other relevant services
  • Advanced database design skills (SQL and NoSQL)
  • API development expertise (OpenAPI, JSON:API, GraphQL)
  • Proven problem-solving and system design proficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software
  • Experience with legacy system optimization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for continuous learning and process improvement
  • Strong team player with a growth mindset
