What You’ll Do

As a Senior Accountant, you won’t just crunch numbers.  You’ll be a trusted business partner helping us make smarter decisions and build a stronger financial future. You’ll have the opportunity to manage a wide variety of accounting functions, from general ledger and payroll to fixed assets and process improvements, while also driving efficiencies that keep our operations running smoothly.

Your day-to-day impact will include:

  • Owning key accounting processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
  • Preparing financial statements and management reports that influence business strategy.
  • Managing our Fixed Asset ledger and ensuring accuracy across the board.
  • Partnering with HR to align payroll and benefits with financial timelines.
  • Supporting internal and external audits while identifying areas for improvement.
  • Contributing to special projects and ad hoc analyses that directly shape business outcomes.

This is a hands-on role where your expertise will be valued, your voice will be heard, and your contributions will make a real difference.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
  • 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, with both Public and Private exposure preferred.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and preparation of financial statements.
  • Big 4 experience and/or CPA designation (preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (QAD preferred).
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment.
