What You'll Do:

  • Evaluate, implement, and maintain accounting systems to ensure optimal functionality and data accuracy.
  • Help design our accounting processes, and streamline workflows. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system enhancements.
  • Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring data integrity.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on accounting systems and related processes.
  • Assist with account reconciliation and cash forecasting. 
  • Generate, analyze, and communicate financial reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in system upgrade projects, testing new features and functionalities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in accounting systems and technology.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3-5 years' experience in Accounting.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Experience with NetSuite and Adra/Blackline (or other accounting reconciliation software) is a plus
