Experience in health insurance, self-funded health plans, employee benefits administration, or healthcare-related accounting is highly preferred. Experience with stop-loss insurance accounting, claims reimbursement accounting, insurance carrier reconciliations, or healthcare claims accounting is a significant plus.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys taking ownership, solving complex financial challenges, and making a meaningful impact in a collaborative, mission-driven healthcare organization.

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and management reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders that identify trends, variances, and key business insights.
  • Serve as the accounting subject matter expert for assigned processes, partnering with internal stakeholders to provide accounting guidance and ensure financial activities are accurately reflected.
