The Role We Are Offering You
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will:
- Oversee and support application tasks for in‑house systems used across various airline operational processes.
- Operate production systems and build automation to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Develop monitoring, deployment, and automation tools using modern scripting languages.
- Design and define complex technology solutions while aligning cross‑functional teams to company goals.
- Build and utilize automation tools to enhance release management processes.
- Support and enable DevOps teams, IT Service Management practices, and reliability engineering standards.
- Act as a technical consultant and architect—analyzing requirements, advising teams, and ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with technical leaders to understand technologies, business complexity, and validate architectural solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in software or system engineering, including 2+ years in SRE or platform reliability.
- Experience working in complex cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Strong knowledge of data and network security, and information‑security best practices.
- Experience developing and integrating with APIs.
- Strong background in automation and DevOps tooling.
- Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Understanding of orchestration technologies and techniques.
- Strong analytical mindset with a process‑driven approach.
- Excellent English communication skills—written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive, ownership‑driven attitude.

- CKA or CKAD certification
- AWS certifications
- HashiCorp Terraform certifications
