How We Work? 
Our hybrid work style (2-3 days in the office) gives us the face-to-face time to have creative conversations, meaningful meetings, make quick decisions and build relationships. And it’s flexible enough to give you the space to do your best work. 

Mission and Goals

• We administer direct marketing and transactional communication for several brands.

• We work closely with business, as well as the data team and data engineers, delivering the most suitable campaigns for each part of customer lifecycle.

• For that we need you, a pro in SQL, big query with attention to detail to write queries to create targets for the automations.

• You enjoy understanding all customer types and helping the business understand as well.

• You will take part in producing world-class online sales and marketing campaigns.

Objectives

• SQL is your daily bread. With us, you'll write queries to get the best segments for campaigns.

• You want to understand each customer type

• You enjoy discussing detail and don't shy away from stakeholder management.

• You will be including AB testing in the target, monitoring queries for live campaigns and participate in potential issue resolution.

• You will help data analysts in campaign evaluation.

Competencies

• Experience with data in online sales or in marketing is a plus

• Highly analytical and detail oriented.

• Advanced proficiency of SQL.

• Desire to work with various online tools like Google Data Platform, Airflow, Sourcetree, BigQuery

• Pro-active, self-starter, good time management skills.

• Ability to work with internal and external staff in both spoken and written English.

• Experience with online sales and/or marketing is a plus.
