To ensure the efficient, secure, and reliable operation of MS SQL Server database systems within the NN organization we are hiring SQL DBA Engineer now.

You will be part of an emerging team here in Prague.
What you are going to do
Database Installation and Configuration: Install and configure MS SQL Server database software, manage secure storage structures.
Database Maintenance: Perform updates, patches, and backups, monitor and optimize database performance.
User Management: Manage user access and security, resolve database-related issues.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize database performance, implement tuning and query optimization.
Backup and Recovery: Develop and implement backup and recovery plans, perform regular backups and test recovery procedures.
Security Management: Implement and maintain database security measures, respond to security incidents.
Collaboration: Work with development teams to improve database performance, ensure seamless system integration.
What we expect from you
Proficiency in T-SQL programming languages.
Strong understanding of MS SQL Server database architecture and administration.
Familiarity with database monitoring and performance tuning tools.
Knowledge of backup and recovery processes.
Good communication skills in English language.
