Senior SQA Engineer

Job Overview:

As a Senior SQA Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will lead and collaborate on initiatives to improve test coverage, release velocity, and production health. Additionally, you will write code and scripts to test systems, implementing test harnesses and infrastructure as necessary. Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the testing strategy for specific products or areas, including both automated and manual testing.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases.

• Mentor and guide junior SQA Engineers.

• Write code/scripts to test systems, implementing test harnesses and infrastructure as necessary, while utilizing CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab.

• Drive improvements in test coverage, release velocity, and production health.

Qualifications:

• BS degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in software quality assurance.

• Good knowledge of SQL programming.

• Functional knowledge of the following technologies: HTML, ASP.NET, C#, XML, and JMeter.

• Deep knowledge of SDLC, with experience in data-driven testing and grey box testing.

• Understanding of quality control and test management tools like QC and TFS.

• IT healthcare domain knowledge is preferable.

• Understanding of white box testing.

• Experience with QMS and ISMS compliance.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
