The Position

Organon’s US Commercial Team is seeking a Senior Specialist, US Field Training and Logistics to be part of a centralized function that drives successful business performance across our diverse US Business Units, spanning both pharmaceutical and medtech/med device portfolios. This role is essential for ensuring seamless operations for field-based team members including onboarding facilitation, training asset and platform management, and support of meeting planning and logistics.

The Senior Specialist will support a broader Field Training and Enablement team, including the Director of US Field Training and Enablement and several ADs who will be driving the training design and delivery, including key meetings and event planning and execution.

The Senior Specialist, US Field Training and Logistics will be an HQ-based role within the US Commercial Strategy and Operations organization.

Responsibilities

Field Training Planning & Execution

  • Coordinate learning platform management across training modules, curriculum and new hire logistics for US field-based employees, with a special focus on Field Sales roles.

  • Provide input to the curriculum design and development responsible for overall planning of learner experiences and solutions.

  • Help determine learning strategies and plans based on identified needs and gaps to achieve business strategy.

  • Coordinate with SMEs and ensure learning solutions are relevant and provide business impact and a modern, compelling learning experience.

  • In collaboration with centralized functions, support learning assets and solutions through internal approval process (Veeva PromoMats & Promotion Review Committee).

  • Maintain training assets, ensuring they remain up to date and compliant Field Training Logistics.

  • Coordinate and manage logistics for internal and national sales meetings.

  • Handle MSA/SOW/Invoicing for field training and logistics vendors.

  • Execute field logistics processes, including business cards, credentialling, and process improvement identification and implementation.

  • Support field-based team members with logistics needs.

Require Education, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required.

  • Five plus years of experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical, and/or medical device industry.

  • Preferred experience in training, HR, learning, or comparable areas.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively plan and manage project-based work.

  • Familiarity with adult learning and upskilling approaches and best practices.

  • Experience with Veeva PromoMats preferred.
