We’re seeking a future team member for the role of senior associate to join our Depositary Client Management Team. This role is located in Dublin.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in some of the following ways: 

  • Work closely with assigned lead manager in overseeing a portfolio of existing client relationships focusing on adherence to regulations, query management and collaboration with internal depositary operational teams.
  • Collate and prepare all relevant information for inclusion in monthly service packs and quarterly board reports in a timely fashion and to a high standard for review by lead managers prior to sharing with clients/boards etc.
  • Represent the Depositary in a knowledgeable and professional manner at client meetings and ad hoc calls.
  • Monitor service quality, product performance, and overall client experience with a view to proactively anticipating potential issues
  • Follow up with Relationship Managers on all aged invoices to determine when these will be settled and work with billing teams as required. 
  • Participate in issue resolution of moderately complex day-to-day issues and engage internal operational teams as necessary
  • Build understanding of clients’ business, fund structures and delegates.
  • Serve as the Depositary representative on projects to ensure successful outcome escalating if any non-standard features exist
  • Engage in a culture of continuous service improvement, including digital adoption.
  • Build relationships with business partners

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Investment Funds Industry ideally from Depositary perspective
  • Third level qualification to at least degree level preferably in business/legal related discipline.
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
  • The ability to build strong, collaborative relationships, both internally and externally with our clients
  • Apply a strong controls focus, and know when to escalate
