What You Will Do 

  • Coordinate and execute technical training programs, ensuring completion, compliance, and alignment with organizational training requirements. 

  • Facilitate instructor-led training sessions and onboarding activities that support employee readiness and a positive learner experience. 

  • Manage learning management system (LMS) activities, including course assignments, user access, training records, and system updates. 

  • Review, approve, and execute training-related quality system tasks, ensuring training documentation remains accurate and audit-ready. 

  • Generate, analyze, and distribute training metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making and compliance monitoring. 

  • Represent the training function during regulatory audits and inspections by providing training records, evidence of qualification, and process support. 

  • Investigate and resolve training system, course access, and process issues, including management of service tickets and related requests. 

  • Partner with managers and stakeholders to assess training needs, prioritize requirements, and implement training programs that support business objectives. 

  • Support regulatory inspections and audits by providing training records, qualification evidence, and documentation required for compliance activities. 

What You Will Need 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in learning coordination, training administration, facilitation, or learning management system (LMS) support. 

  • Fluent English and German skills at minimum B2 level, both written and spoken. 

  • Experience using learning technologies, including LMS platforms and enterprise service management systems. 

  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 13485 requirements. 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience designing and developing eLearning content using content authoring tools. 

  • Experience supporting regulated environments and interacting with regulatory agencies or auditors (FDA, MoH, TUV, etc.) 

  


Poland Pay Ranges:

  • Poland: zł123.200 - zł205.400 PLN Annual
