We are currently searching for a Senior Specialist / Tech Lead – Java & Angular:
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement web applications using Angular and Java technologies.
- Lead the full development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Build and integrate APIs to connect front-end and back-end systems.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code adhering to industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in Angular, Java, and software engineering practices.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and software development best practices.
- Conduct unit testing and support integration testing activities.
- Coordinate with offshore and onsite teams for seamless project delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications.
Requirements:
- 7 to 11 years of experience in full-stack development with Java and Angular.
- Strong expertise in API development and integration.
- Proven experience with enterprise-level web applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Leadership qualities with the potential to grow into a Tech Lead role.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
