We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sourcing and hiring top technical talent in a highly competitive market. This role requires a deep understanding of the local talent landscape, cultural nuances, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy for our Hyderabad office, helping us attract world-class technical talent while maintaining a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including engineering, product development, and IT operations, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and U.S.-based leadership expectations.
  • Sourcing Strategies: Leverage innovative sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking events, and Hyderabad-specific industry meetups, to identify top-tier technical talent.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build lasting relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
  •  Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and leadership across the U.S. and India to understand team dynamics, job requirements, and strategic hiring goals.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline in Hyderabad, leveraging a keen understanding of the local market to anticipate hiring needs.
  • Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador to position our organization as a preferred employer in Hyderabad's tech ecosystem.
  • Market Insights: Provide regular updates on Hyderabad’s talent landscape, including salary benchmarks, skill availability, and competitive analysis, tailored to the needs of U.S.-based stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and global recruitment policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 5 years focused on hiring within Hyderabad’s tech industry.
  • U.S. Collaboration: Demonstrated success working with U.S.-based companies and stakeholders, understanding their expectations, communication styles, and hiring standards.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong knowledge of technical roles and skills, particularly in software engineering, data science, cloud computing, and IT operations.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Advanced proficiency in sourcing and attracting candidates using methods such as Boolean searches, X-ray sourcing, and leveraging local and global talent networks.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of bridging cultural nuances to effectively engage with candidates and U.S.-based leaders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build trust and collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders across geographies.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Hyderabad’s talent market, including salary trends, competitive hiring challenges, and workforce dynamics.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Lever, Greenhouse, or Workday, and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other local tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
