So, What’s the role all about?
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist with strong expertise in .NET development and Cloud technologies. This role will focus on building and optimizing scalable, high-performance solutions in a cloud environment. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in real-time streaming technologies like Kafka or Kinesis, along with deep knowledge of microservices architecture, performance tuning, and debugging.
As a Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and supporting mission-critical applications, ensuring the optimization of cloud-based services, and driving technical innovation in our team.
How will you make an impact?
- Take ownership of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, unit testing, and deployment, working closely with QA teams.
- Ensure that architectural concepts are consistently implemented across the product.
- Act as a product expert within R&D, understanding the product’s requirements and its market positioning.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Sales, Customer Support, and Services) to ensure successful product delivery.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust .NET-based applications in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- Implement real-time streaming solutions using Kafka, Kinesis, or other similar technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and deliver high-performance microservices.
- Optimize cloud resources to improve the scalability, performance, and reliability of services.
- Diagnose and resolve complex performance and scalability issues across the application stack.
- Work with DynamoDB and ElastiCache to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and caching.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, testing, and security.
- Take ownership of end-to-end application performance optimization and troubleshooting.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in the team to foster growth and skill development.
Have you got what it takes?
- Strong experience in .NET (C#) development, with a focus on cloud-based solutions.
- Proven expertise in AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB).
- Extensive experience working with real-time streaming solutions like Kafka or Kinesis.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex performance issues in .NET applications.
- Good to Have:
- Experience in concurrent data processing and designing solutions to handle large volumes of real-time data.
- Strong hands-on experience with DynamoDB and ElastiCache for efficient data management.
- Experience in tuning .NET applications for performance optimization (e.g., memory management, multi-threading).
- Proficient in debugging performance bottlenecks using tools like Visual Studio Profiler, AWS X-Ray, or similar.
