Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented candidate to drive and shape Regional Marketing Solutions at aCommerce, in a very fast-paced environment.
As a Regional Marketing Solutions Executive, you will act as a strategic bridge between our clients and our execution capabilities. You will be responsible for translating regional client pain points and business targets into comprehensive strategic marketing plans. Working closely with brands and internal execution teams, you will craft holistic solutions—ranging from Paid Media, Short Video, and Livestream to KOL, Affiliate, and Branding—to drive E-Commerce growth and solve complex business challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze client business needs and identifying specific pain points or growth targets across the region.
- Design and propose strategic marketing solutions that integrate various services including Paid Media, Short Video, Livestream, KOL management, Affiliate marketing, and Branding.
- Work closely with the marketing planning and execution teams to ensure proposed strategies are feasible, profitable, and aligned with operational capabilities.
- Monitor the performance of implemented marketing solutions, ensuring they meet client KPIs and GMV targets.
- Identify opportunities for service expansion (upselling/cross-selling) by analyzing current campaign data and market trends.
- Prepare and present strategic pitches and performance reports to client management teams and internal stakeholders.
- Gather market insights regarding E-Commerce trends (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee Live) to keep our solutions competitive and innovative.
- Support on any Ad-hoc requests required by the Head of Regional Marketing Solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of direct experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Solutions, or Account Planning, specifically within the E-Commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of the current digital landscape, including Paid Media (CPAS), Short Video (Reels/TikTok), Livestreaming, KOL/Influencer marketing, and Affiliate networks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to create compelling pitch decks.
- Experience in a growth-stage Internet/software company or Digital Agency is preferred.
- Has strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems.
- Works well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills, especially PowerPoint (for pitching) and Excel.
- Able to communicate in English on both writing and speaking skills (Regional role requirement).
