NICE is at the forefront of AI innovation, dedicated to developing cutting-edge applications that transform industries. We are seeking a highly skilled QA Architect to join our dynamic team and ensure the highest quality standards for our AI-driven solutions.
How will you make an impact?
- Design and implement comprehensive QA strategies for AI applications, ensuring robust testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Develop and maintain automated testing tools and frameworks tailored for AI models and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, developers, and product managers, to define and implement quality standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Lead the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for AI applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues promptly.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and QA technologies, and integrate them into the testing processes.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Have you got what it takes?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Architect, with a focus on AI applications.
- Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Experience with QA tools and platforms like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You will have an advantage if you also have:
- Experience with cloud platforms , Primarily (AWS )
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with data science tools and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
