- Strong Oracle database and SQL skills.
- Ability to review application code and implement small to medium-sized fixes.
- Experience working with incident management, monitoring, and operational support processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial services, asset management, investment accounting, or securities industry experience.
- Experience with Eagle investment accounting platform.
- Knowledge of equities, fixed income, holdings, tax lots, custody data, and investment reporting.
- Experience with Perl, Python, and ETL technologies.
- Experience supporting reporting applications and client-facing reporting platforms.
- Exposure to Agile or Scaled Agile environments.
- Experience supporting modernization, cloud migration, or AI-enabled operational initiatives.
